Payment and Reservation: To purchase the voucher, simply choose the desired experience, fill in the recipient’s name and include a personalized message. At checkout you can enter the recipient’s address and, after purchase, the voucher is personalized by hand and sent directly to the recipient, providing a special and memorable surprise. Once presented, you can make the reservation using the QRCode present on the voucher (validity: 1 year).
Refund: In case of cancellation by the partner, the amount will be refunded.
Cancellations: Cancellation is free up to 48 hours before the experience. After this period, 50% will be charged within 48 hours and 100% within 24 hours before the start of the experience.
