Arrival and reception

  • Welcome to the farm and initial orientation.

Guided and Commented Tour

  • Tour of the estate’s facilities with explanations of the production process.

Harmonized lunch

  • Appetizers: Served with Crasto Douro White or Crasto Douro Rosé.
  • Starter: paired with Crasto Douro Red.
  • Main course (served buffet style): Accompanied by Crasto Superior Tinto and Quinta do Crasto Reserva Vinhas Velhas.
  • Note: The main course must be chosen up to 48 hours in advance. After this period, the choice will be made by the organization.
  • Desserts: Served with Quinta do Crasto Late Bottled Vintage Port.

Wine presentation

  • For each wine, the latest vintage released will be presented.
  • Additional option: Possibility of complementing the tasting with other references, subject to consultation of the wine supplement and stock availability.

Lunch venue

  • Assigned on a first-come, first-served basis and subject to availability: Terrace, Dining Room or Rustic Room.

Duration and timetable

  • Average service time: 3 hours.
  • Arrival time to be agreed in advance.
  • Maximum tolerance for delays: 15 minutes (after this period, the full service will not be guaranteed).

Conditions

  • Payment and Booking: Payment is required to guarantee the reservation. The service is carried out daily with an average duration of 3h00 (arrival time to be agreed in advance).
  • Tolerance: Once the time has been confirmed, a tolerance of 15 minutes is given, after which the service is not guaranteed to be completed.
  • Price for children: Children between 12 and 18 years old are 55.18 euros, children between 3 and 11 years old are 26 euros and babies up to 2 years old are free.
  • Cancellation or changes: In the event of a cancellation or change of booking, you must be informed up to 48 hours before the start of the service, free of charge. After this period, 50% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged
